Sildenafil (Revatio) for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

The Medical Letter reported last year that sildenafil (Viagra - Pfizer) appeared to be effective for idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), but confirmation from a controlled trial was needed.
