(The Medical Letter 2012; 54:31) In Table 1 on page 31, the formulation column should have included a 0.01% solution of bimatoprost. The size, daily dosage and cost of 0.01% bimatoprost are the same as those of the 0.03% solution. This change has been made in the article as it appears on our website.
