The FDA has approved Duaklir Pressair (Circassia), a fixed-dose combination of the long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) aclidinium bromide and the longacting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA) formoterol fumarate, for maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
