The FDA has approved daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm (Daxxify – Revance), an acetylcholine release inhibitor and neuromuscular blocking agent, for temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar (frown) lines associated with corrugator and/or procerus muscle activity.
