Lotilaner (Xdemvy) for Demodex Blepharitis

The FDA has approved a 0.25% ophthalmic solution
of the ectoparasiticide lotilaner (Xdemvy – Tarsus) for
treatment of Demodex blepharitis. Lotilaner is the first
drug to be approved in the US for this indication.
