receptor-beta agonist, has received accelerated

nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) with moderate

children. Suppression of productive cough may be
harmful. Management of patients with cough should
include elimination of any precipitating factor (e.g.,

gastroesophageal reflux disease, asthma, or other
pulmonary disease.
