Drugs for Chronic Insomnia
December 17, 2018 (Issue: 1562)Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is recommended for initial treatment of chronic insomnia. Pharmacologic treatment should be used in addition to CBT-I when CBT-I alone is not effective.
