an oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor, for treatment of
patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
who have progressed on or are intolerant to crizotinib
(Xalkori). Translocations of the ALK gene are found in
about 5% of lung cancers; they occur predominantly
in nonsmokers with adenocarcinoma. Brigatinib is the
third tyrosine kinase inhibitor to be approved for this
indication; ceritinib (Zykadia) and alectinib (Alecensa)
were approved earlier, and subsequently were...

Ensartinib (Ensacove) for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (online only) ...
The FDA has approved ensartinib (Ensacove –
Xcovery), an oral kinase inhibitor, for treatment of
anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive, locally
advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer
(NSCLC) in adults who have not previously received an
ALK inhibitor (e.g, crizotinib [Xalkori], certinib [Zykadia],
alectinib [Alecensa], brigatinib [Alunbrig], lorlatinib
[Lorbrena]). All previously approved ALK inhibitors are
also approved for first-line use.

kinase inhibitor, has been approved by the FDA for use
in combination with the EGFR-MET bispecific antibody
amivantamab (Rybrevant) for first-line treatment of
locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung
cancer (NSCLC) in adults with epidermal growth factor
receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletions or exon 21 L858R
