Corticosteroids are generally the first-line treatment for cGVHD. The oral kinase inhibitors ibrutinib (Imbruvica), ruxolitinib (Jakafi), and belumosudil (Rezurock) are also approved for treatment of cGVHD. Extracorporeal photopheresis has been used off-label.
