The FDA has approved the oral GABA_A receptor modulator zuranolone (Zurzuvae – Sage Therapeutics/Biogen) for treatment of postpartum depression (PPD). The FDA has approved Cabtreo (Bausch Health), a gel containing the retinoid adapalene, the oxidizing agent benzoyl peroxide, and the antibiotic clindamycin, for treatment of acne vulgaris in patients ≥12 years old. Atopic dermatitis (AD), also known as eczema, is frequently associated with other atopic disorders such as allergic rhinitis, asthma, and food allergy.
